The packaging, shipping, and delivery were excellent. The forks were easy to put together. I use these hydraulic forks on a LS MT357H. The hoses were a little short for my tractor, but I added elbow adapters and they work perfectly. The forks seem to be of very good quality. I am really happy with this purchase in all aspects.

I was sent previous used set of pallet forms, I’m assuming it was a return as it had missing bolts and paint missing everywhere. I tried to both email and call the company but you can’t. No one replies and the phone number doesn’t work. Proceed with caution

FIrst of all let me start this reivew by stating that we have tried to get intouch with the company for close to two weeks about the condition of the forks and yet have recieved a reply.

This order was completely inadequately packaged. 5 more minutes of your time and a little cardboard would have prevented all of the damage to the paint and would have helped to prevent future corrosion. Similarly, five more minutes of your time to properly prime and paint the welds on the forks would have ensured that they would be corrosion free for years to come. Fail.

And seriously? You just took the forks apart and through the nuts and bolts (now missing) in the crate? One nut was found on the top of the frame and the other was found on the bottom of the pallet. No bolts have been found. However, we have not taken the parts out of the crate yet.

You need to do better. Good luck in all your future endeavors. We won't be future customers though.
