Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

All return requests must be initiated within 31 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in unused or inspection-only condition
  • Remain in original condition without damage, deformation, welding, repainting, or any modification
  • Include all original parts, hardware, and accessories
  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transportation

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


2. Return Shipping Responsibility

For standard returns (including customer-initiated returns after delivery), all related costs are the responsibility of the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Original outbound shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • Any freight recall or carrier arrangement costs

No restocking fee will be charged unless otherwise specified.


3. Refusal of Delivery for Incorrect or Damaged Items

If the delivered product is found to be incorrectly shipped or arrives visibly damaged before acceptance, the customer may refuse delivery at the time of receipt without any charge.

To qualify:

  • The issue must be documented with clear photos at the time of delivery
  • Photos must clearly show the incorrect item or visible shipping damage
  • The customer must notify us promptly and provide the supporting photos

Once verified, no return shipping cost or cancellation fee will be charged.

Claims for visible shipping damage reported after delivery has been accepted and signed for may not be eligible for free return, replacement, or compensation.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled free of charge only before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • The order cannot be canceled free of charge
  • The customer is responsible for:
    • Original outbound shipping cost
    • Return shipping cost
    • Any recall freight charges

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.


5. Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is inspected and confirmed to meet return eligibility requirements.

Any of the following may result in partial deductions or refusal of refund:

  • Product damage
  • Missing components
  • Signs of use
  • Improper packaging during return shipment

6. Final Authority

The seller reserves the right to make the final determination regarding return eligibility and refund approval based on product inspection.
