Fast shipping, performs well

My order was delivered much faster than I expected but it was missing one of the two steel braces that are supposed to hold the “alignment frame” (the frame with that is supposed to hold brush in front of the cutting barrel) and I had to fabricate a 2x4 brace in order to use this mulcher. So far (20 + hours of use) my fabricated wood 2 x 4 brace is still functioning which is good because I have not heard anything from the company about how they will replace this steel brace. This drum mulcher will devour trees up to 6”+. But I find that when trying to cut through a stand of trees 2-3 inches, debris from the trees I cut off close to the ground will be dragged up into the mower itself. So I need to use a saws-all to cut the jammed debris out from between teeth and the crowbar to rotate the drum around (both directions) in order to reach the jammed material. And to do that, I need to raise the entire mower up at least 6 feet off the ground in order to reach the roller mulcher. But the closest drum mulcher I could find was 3X more that this model so having to raise up the mower, get out of the bobcat, and remove the debris might be the price I have to pay for what I hope is a solution to keep 30 acres of pasture free from buck brush and buck thorn and allow me to be able to walk freely around this pasture. (Goats and sheep would not do a better job.) At this time, I have not heard back about the missing brace. When I recieved my product, the one brace included was just laying on top of my mower without any zip ties etc. to secure it to the actual mower. So I suspect my brace is laying somewhere in a conex container.

Seller communication was excellent! I didn't even think it had shipped yet and the truck was in my driveway unloading. Great job by R+L Carriers. I haven't had a chance to run it yet, but on inspection this is a very well constructed good looking mulcher that arrived in perfect condition. Great price for a mulcher of this quality. I can't wait to destroy some buckthorn with this.

Have 3 hours of run time on the mulcher head I have a standard flow. And so far all is good works well

This is a very good machine for the money. I purchased for my personal farm property, not for commercial use. After about 4 hours of heavy use I had a belt go on it. Wolverine responded right away for a warranty claim and will be sending me a replacement. I purchased a spare belt to have as well (running it on a hi flow Bobcat S650). I ordered some spare teeth too but haven’t needed to replace any yet. With the new belt I am ready to go again. I feel it’s a great value for the money.
